NOTES * SED Monitors Mounted on tabletop stands sitting on AV carts. Hoods might be needed. * 50" Flat HD Monitors 2 mounted overhead on truss over stage. 2 mounted on column at area entrance, below signage. * AV Carts Need a total of 2. One large enough to hold an SED, a laptop operating the Console Software and an XLH1 to be used for handheld shots. The second cart should be smaller, only large enough for an SED and Laptop, also running the console software. * Laptops Need 2. Each loaded with Console Software and connected to AV control to display on overhead monitors and SEDs. Stage right laptop should be connected to the dolly camera. Stage left should be connected to the handheld. * AV Control Final technical requirements TBD. Minimum requirements: HD switcher with 3 camera inputs and 3 computer inputs HD playback deck All BNC cables must be HD-SDI Audio with up to 4 lavs & playback Powerpoint Graphics station? Program monitor with spycam view of set? Crew: Director Switcher Graphics Audio * TnT HD Monitors "Touch and Try" monitors. 2 Bexell HD monitors mounted in existing cabinets. Refinish exterior cabinets to Slate Gray to match platform. OPTION: 2 small flat panel HD monitors mounted on front columns above head height. Approx. 15" screens only show TnT camera views. * Backdrop Printed from existing image and hung from pipe mounted on the underside of truss. Will use same vendor through ADM. * Cameras Total of 5 needed. 2 for Tnt, 1 on the dolly, 1 on the jib, 1 on standby resting on stage left AV cart. * Duvateen Ceiling Entire display to be covered in Duvateen, including Back of House area. * Set Floor Need all 9 sheets of 4'x8' scenic floor from MC2. * Set Furniture All furniture and props to be selected by Alfred Cooney from LA prop houses. Transportation to be provided by MC2. * Raised Platform 1' high with two sets of steps. Escape stairs back stage aligned with watchmaker door. TnT stairs on stage right. The entire platform, faces and surface, should be Slate Gray. Material TBD. The platform surrounds several columns and will need to fit tightly around those columns. Platform should be reinforced as needed to handle the weight of the dolly and jib. * Truss Bottom edge of truss should be 14' from show floor. Some truss are surrounded by the raised platform. * Set Walls All pieces of the set will be used. MC2 to deliver everything. All faces of MC2 walls that are the backdrop to the stage should be finished in Slate Gray to match Platform and TnT Monitor Cabinets. Some large scale lettering will be added. "STUDIO H1" & "TAPING IN PROGRESS" & "QUIET PLEASE". Elevations to come. * Signage Curved sign mounted on truss to match SED signage. Verbage TBD. * Special Effects Red "On Air" light and Bell to be mounted on stage left background wall. Both should be wired for control from AV Control. I have the both parts. Possible to add other "On Air" signs to the front columns. |
